1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the n8888 website located at https://n8888.im, including all associated services, games, features, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Platform"). n8888 is operated under an international offshore gaming licence.

• You must not be a current or former employee of n8888 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or business partners, nor an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written consent from n8888 management.
• You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or have previously requested self-exclusion from n8888 or any other gaming platform, except where a formal reinstatement process has been completed.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process. n8888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to have been registered using false or misleading information.

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active n8888 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

n8888 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents (e.g., National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the account. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and delays to withdrawal processing.

3 Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your n8888 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. n8888 will never contact you by any channel to request your password or full authentication credentials.

3.1 Account Credentials

You must select a strong, unique password for your n8888 account and must not share your login credentials with any other person. n8888 accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify n8888 immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. n8888 will investigate the matter promptly and may temporarily suspend the account while the investigation is ongoing.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your n8888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and provided no bonus conditions are outstanding. Accounts under active investigation may not be eligible for immediate closure.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. n8888 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule communicated to players at the time of account registration. Players will receive advance written notice before any such fee is applied. The balance of a dormant account will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the n8888 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). n8888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. n8888 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the account cashier section at the time of the transaction. n8888 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of account identity verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution. n8888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

4.4 Refused & Reversed Transactions

n8888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the transaction is suspected to be connected to fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; (b) the payment source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder; (c) account verification requirements have not been satisfied; or (d) the transaction would place the account in breach of applicable wagering requirements or bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

n8888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, validity periods, and game contribution weightings. The specific terms applicable to each bonus are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Real-money funds in your account are used for wagering before bonus funds, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account. n8888 is not liable for bonus expiry resulting from inactivity or player oversight.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

n8888 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Actions deemed to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and systematic exploitation of bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming. Where bonus abuse is detected, n8888 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.4 n8888's Right to Modify Promotions

n8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonus funds already credited and accepted in good faith under the original published terms.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on n8888 are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are available within the relevant game or market on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to the conduct of that game or event.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and binding once it has been acknowledged and accepted by n8888's systems and a confirmation reference has been generated. n8888 is not liable for bets that were not successfully submitted due to technical issues on the player's device, internet connectivity failures, or platform maintenance periods.

6.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error in the odds, game rules, or outcome of any event (including but not limited to obvious typographical errors, human errors, or technical malfunctions), n8888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. n8888 will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of errors beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Cancellation by n8888

n8888 reserves the right to cancel, void, or suspend any bet at its reasonable discretion where: (a) the bet was placed in a manner that exploits an error or technical vulnerability; (b) there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or unusual betting patterns related to the relevant event; or (c) the bet contravenes any provision of these Terms or applicable law.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n8888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to n8888 immediately and must not be used for personal gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software forming part of the n8888 Platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the n8888 Platform, including but not limited to the n8888 brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, user interface design, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of n8888 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of n8888's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. n8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or timely basis, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other form of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12 Amendments to These Terms

n8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, n8888 will provide reasonable prior notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or administrative updates) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the amendment. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the outcome recorded in n8888's server-side logs shall be deemed authoritative and conclusive, except in cases where a clear technical error is demonstrated. n8888's management decision on all disputes shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable statutory rights.
